Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1 General Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered by Vighnaharta Cloudstay Technologies Private Limited, including software subscriptions, SaaS products (NLX), enterprise solutions, implementation services, consulting, maintenance, and all digital offerings.
1.2 Subscription Services
For recurring subscription-based services provided through the NLX Platform:
1. Fees paid for subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Users may cancel their future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle begins through the portal settings.
3. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current paid subscription period, after which the account will be downgraded.
4. No partial refunds shall be provided for unused portions of a service period.
1.3 Custom Development and Implementation Services
Payments made for custom software development, product customization, integration services, or dedicated training are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Any refund requests for such services shall be evaluated at the sole discretion of the Company.
1.4 Failed Transactions
In case of duplicate payments, failed transactions where money was deducted but the subscription was not activated, or payment gateway errors, users must notify the Company immediately at admin@thenlx.app with transaction details. Valid claims for duplicate payments will be processed after internal verification.
1.5 Cancellation by Company
NLX Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to violation of policies, illegal activities, non-payment, or security concerns. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
1.6 Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved by Vighnaharta Cloudstay Technologies Private Limited, the refund shall be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed and credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
Please note that processing timelines may vary slightly depending on your financial institution or bank.
