1. Sign Up & Login

• Users sign up from the NLX panel using name, mobile number, email, password, and role.
• Mobile OTP verification is required during registration.
• After registration, users can activate the trial or continue to login.
• Login opens the dashboard for company, investor, subscription, and offer activity.

2. Dashboard

• Dashboard sections include My Companies, Interested Companies, Interested Offers, and Ongoing Offers.
• Users can search companies, view counters, and manage subscriptions.
• Some features may require an active community, company, or investor plan.

3. Company Onboarding

• Companies are added through the My Companies section.
• CIN and company details must be entered carefully.
• Company authorization letter upload and OTP verification are required before offers and ROC data flow can proceed.
• ROC and financial details may be uploaded within the platform after verification.

4. Company Profile & Reports

• Company profile shows CIN, office address, contact details, directors, introduction, achievements, amendments, branches, and editable profile fields.
• Background Verification Report shows financial and audit details received from trusted third-party sources.
• Report sections include business overview, shareholding pattern, key ratios, balance sheet, profit and loss, and financial analysis.

5. Add Offer

• Companies create offers from the selected company card.
• The offer flow is divided into Company Info, Financial Info, Particulars of Offer, Director & Legal Disclosures, Equity Structure, and Declaration.
• Offer details can be saved gradually and reviewed later.
• A signed Board Resolution is required before the offer can proceed to approval and publication.

6. Offer Status & Publication

• Pending: offer has been created.
• Approved: admin has approved the offer and it is ready to publish.
• Published: offer is live and visible to investors.
• Users can generate an Offer PDF that presents the structured offer information for investor review.

7. Investor Marketplace

• Approved and published offers appear in Ongoing Offers.
• Investors can view company profile, offer PDF, and financial/ROC report.
• Investors may mark interest after accepting disclaimers and completing OTP verification.
• Interested Offers lets investors manage offers they have marked as interested.

8. Interest & Bidding

• Companies can view interested investors for each offer.
• Company users can review investor profiles and bidding details where available.
• Bidding is available only to investors with an active paid subscription.
• Users should review all information independently before taking any decision.
